1. Service Description. Get Into College is an independent education consultancy providing admission counselling, college shortlisting, and application guidance services for B.Tech aspirants. We are not affiliated with or representing any college unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. No Guarantee of Admission. We provide guidance and support only. Final admission decisions are made by the respective colleges based on their criteria. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, or placement.

3. Free Counselling. Our basic counselling services are free for students and parents. We may earn referral commissions from partner colleges only after successful admission, in line with industry practice. This does not affect our recommendations — we always disclose all options to you.

4. Information Accuracy. Cutoffs, fees, and placement data shown are indicative based on publicly available sources. Actual figures may vary; verify with the respective colleges directly before making financial decisions.

5. User Conduct. By using this site, you agree to provide accurate information, not misrepresent yourself, and use the service for legitimate admission counselling purposes only.

6. Trademarks. All college names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners and used only for informational purposes.

7. Liability. We are not liable for any decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from college admissions. Our role is advisory.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
